Do Not Weep At My Gravestone.

Don’t weep at my gravestone ;
I’m not there
To offer you my shoulder,
I’m not there
To wipe your tears,
I’m not asleep;
You won’t wake me!

I’m in a place
Where love resides,
In the absence of sorrow
And tearful nights.

Don’t weep at my gravestone;
I’m not there
To hold your hand,
I’m not there
To hear you out,
I’m not ignoring you
I’m in another world…

I’m in a place
Where beauty resides,
In the presence of
Beautiful music
And passionate poetry.

Don’t weep at my gravestone;
I’m not there
To listen to you,
I’m not there
To walk you through,
I’m not hating,
You won’t speak to me!

I’m in a place
Where peace resides
With all the alluring souls…
I’m happy now;
I don’t see sadness.

Don’t weep at my gravestone;
I’m not found where you seek me,
I’m not hiding-
You can’t find me,
I’m not playing peek-a-boo;
I really disappeared!

Don’t weep at my gravestone;
You can’t see me,
You can’t find me;
But you can feel me…

I’m the sunshine on the grain;
I’m the gentle autumn rain.
I’m the feeling when you blush;
I’m the diamond you dug.
I’m the stars that shine at night,
I’m the sun that gives you light.
I’m the beauty-
Treasured in you;
I’m the sky that looks blue.

Don’t weep at my gravestone;
I didn’t die-
I’m just away…
